Plain-language beta legal summary: This Legal section summarizes the main rules for using SkinMorph during beta. It is not a replacement for the full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or DMCA Policy. The full legal pages linked below provide more detail and will control where they apply.
SkinMorph is provided by SkinMorph Studio LLC d/b/a SkinMorph as a visual planning and image-placement tool for exploring designs on bodies, objects, and custom surfaces. By using SkinMorph, creating an account, saving projects, uploading images, posting to Gallery, remixing projects, or exporting content, you agree to follow these rules and the full policies linked above.
Beta Notice
SkinMorph is currently in beta. Features may change, break, move, be limited, or be removed during testing. Projects, cloud saves, Gallery posts, remix files, profiles, previews, exports, and local browser saves may not always save, load, render, sync, or display perfectly.
SkinMorph is provided as-is during beta. SkinMorph Studio LLC d/b/a SkinMorph does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, error-free operation, perfect model geometry, exact tattoo placement, exact image wrapping, or that any visualization will match a real tattoo, print, wrap, product, or final physical result. Keep your own backup copies of important project files, source images, exports, and screenshots.
Ownership of SkinMorph
SkinMorph, including its software, interface, code, design, visual assets, models, sounds, branding, workflows, and related materials, is owned by SkinMorph Studio LLC d/b/a SkinMorph or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, or create derivative versions of SkinMorph or its code/assets without written permission from SkinMorph Studio LLC d/b/a SkinMorph.
You may use SkinMorph to create, preview, save, and export your own lawful projects, but using SkinMorph does not give you ownership of the SkinMorph app, technology, brand, code, protected assets, or platform.
User Content and Uploads
You keep ownership of the images, artwork, designs, project files, titles, descriptions, profile content, and other content you upload or create in SkinMorph, subject to the licenses needed to operate the app.
You are responsible for anything you upload, import, create, save, export, remix, post, or share through SkinMorph. This includes tattoo art, flash sheets, logos, brand marks, screenshots, AI-generated images, celebrity/public figure images, reference photos, shop artwork, artist designs, and any other visual content.
By using content in SkinMorph, you confirm that you own it, created it, have permission to use it, or otherwise have a lawful basis to use it in the way you choose. SkinMorph does not verify that uploaded content is original, licensed, safe, lawful, non-infringing, or cleared for tattoo use, commercial use, public display, remixing, or export.
Private Projects vs. Public Gallery
Private/local projects and public Gallery posts are different. A private project may only be visible to you, but a public Gallery post may be visible to other users and may create greater copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity-rights, and attribution risks.
Do not submit content to the public Gallery unless you have the right to share it publicly. Do not post someone else’s tattoo art, shop artwork, logo, brand asset, photo, character, celebrity image, or AI output unless you have the rights or permission needed for public posting.
If you submit content to the public Gallery, you give SkinMorph Studio LLC d/b/a SkinMorph a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, preview, distribute, moderate, promote, and show that content within SkinMorph and related SkinMorph discovery, profile, Gallery, remix, moderation, support, and promotional features.
Remixable Projects
If you mark a Gallery project as remixable, other users may be able to open, download, modify, remix, and reuse the editable .skinmorph project file inside SkinMorph. Do not enable remix on content unless you have the right to let other users reuse and modify it in that way.
SkinMorph may show creator credit where available, but credit does not replace legal permission. You are responsible for choosing whether content is safe and lawful to make remixable.
AI and Automated Tools
Some SkinMorph features may use automated or AI-assisted tools, including background removal, image cleanup, moderation, or other image-processing features. Automated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, distorted, or legally unsafe for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before saving, exporting, tattooing, posting, remixing, or relying on them. AI-assisted editing or background removal does not mean SkinMorph has checked ownership, licensing, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity rights, tattoo safety, or commercial-use rights.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not upload, post, share, export, remix, or use SkinMorph to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, nonconsensual, spammy, malicious, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
You may not upload private identification documents, medical records, financial records, passwords, confidential information, malware, stolen artwork, nonconsensual images, or content that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights.
You may not use Gallery uploads, titles, descriptions, profiles, logos, or project files in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, partnership, impersonation, or authorization by a brand, artist, tattoo shop, celebrity, public figure, or other third party.
Moderation and Removal
SkinMorph Studio LLC d/b/a SkinMorph may remove, restrict, disable, hide, moderate, delete, or limit content, projects, Gallery posts, profiles, accounts, uploads, or features at any time if we receive a complaint, believe content may violate these rules, believe content may create risk for users or SkinMorph, or believe action is needed to protect rights holders, users, the public, or SkinMorph.
SkinMorph may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights, upload prohibited content, misuse Gallery/remix features, attempt to abuse the platform, or otherwise violate SkinMorph rules.

SkinMorph respects intellectual property and personal rights. If you believe content connected to SkinMorph infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact SkinMorph Studio LLC d/b/a SkinMorph with enough information to identify the content, prove ownership or authorization, and explain the claimed issue.
